General Manager, Marketing Manager + Merchandise Buyer for the OR Flagship Retail Store.
Over the course of 2019 and beginning of 2020, I hired and worked with our Events Coordinator to develop interesting, insightful and exciting events for the OR flagship retail store. We hosted a variety of different types of events, including, but not limited to: movie premieres, clinics, book signings, and holiday markets. Number of attendees ranged from 30 to 100 people. I was also responsible for the visual merchandising and window displays within the store, hiring and training a team of 7+ employees including an Assistant Manager and two leads, buying all Outdoor Research and third party merchandise to sell in store, and all digital marketing for the store including social media.
